Check with your OBGYN to be sure, but most doctors will tell you sex is fine through your entire pregnancy. My husband read an article that said women who have sex regularly during pregnancy are more likely to deliver on their due date (goody for him.) You might find that you have a larger sexual appetite during your first trimester and then not want sex at all the rest of the pregnancy, it depends on your hormones. At some point you might be so uncomfortable that you want to stop having sex and your parther should respect your wishes. If you have spotting after sex you might want to mention it to your doctor.

no not at all! Most women who are having a normal pregnancy may continue to have sex right up until their water breaks or they go into labor.YOU WON't HURT THE BABY BY MAKING LOVE. The amniotic sac and the strong muscles of the uterus protect your baby, and the thick mucus plug that seals the cervix helps guard against infection. There are some circumstances, though, in which you may need to modify your activity or abstain from sex altogether for part or all of your pregnancy. Your midwife or doctor should let you know whether you have — or develop — any complications that make sex a no-go. If you're uncertain, ask your caregiver. ENJOY! congratulations in advance!

It is perfectly safe as long as you feel comfortable. In my experience, the "rocking motion" will usually put the baby to sleep! It is safe all the way through the pregnancy. In fact, some over due women are encouraged to try it to bring on labor!
Do not lie flat on your back for extended periods of time and make sure your belly doesn't get squished. Contact your doctor if you experience pain or bleeding.

As long as your doc didn't say not too, go ahead. I did it when I was 41 weeks. I had heard it helped start labor. So we did it and less then 24 hours later I went into labor. Now I was already due and late so I don't know if it was the sex or just 'time'. Anyways, my doc said I culd do it till the end if I wanted.

it is safe and perfectly fine to have sex throughout your pregnancy as long as your doctor does not put you onto any pelvic rest or restrictions due to a high risk pregnancy or other complications.

until you are not comfortable anymore. Even then you can change positions and find one you like. This can be done until the end, or until your Dr. says not to.

Sex is safe, unless doctor has said otherwise! Do what you please until it starts to get uncomfortable, which would be around the 7th month. Enjoy!!
