It is the sign that it is said to rule over those who are Taurus and Libra. People believe that based on the stars and your horoscope that it is how you should live your life, following the created thing and not the Creator GOD. It choose to follow the second.

first please use the check spelling option when you ask or answer a question...the question i believe you are asking is...what does it mean when it is said that your Venus is in your sun sign? The answer to that is either.. within your natal horoscope the planet Venus is in the same sign as your sun...or, transiting Venus is in the same sign as you natal sun at this moment...there are some other circumstances but they are advanced astrology and don't apply.
