We've got an air vent on our living room wall that alows the gas fire and boiler to breath but in the winter it lets in a draught that means the room is always cold especially if you happen to be sitting in the line of the draught. I have seen on other peoples houses a cover on these vents, something like a sloping plastic vent cover that fixes to the wall over the vent but still allows the vent to breath but stops the direct draught because the wind would have to go 'up the vent' before going in through the wall. So the obvious thing to do would be ask the people where I've seen these vent covers right? No, 'cos everyone I've asked say 'It was on the house when we got here'. So I've been to B&Q and Jewson with no joy. I've also looked on ebay and searched google with little luck. Is there anyone out here who knows what I mean and can tell me where I can get one, thanks in advance.
