Crazy...Patsy Cline..brings back good memories when I was in a band playing some Neil Young stuff and after taking a break the singer was so drunk he started singing this song and i followed him and all of a sudden we all ended up playing it and people just phucking loved it ..must have been the bourbon lol
The weird thing is that we never played the song together before, we all knew the song, but nobody ever talked about it

I don't really like Country.
But I do love Hurt by Johnny Cash
I hurt myself today
to see if I still feel
I focus on the pain
the only thing that's real
the needle tears a hole
the old familiar sting
try to kill it all away
but I remember everything
what have I become?
my sweetest friend
everyone I know
goes away in the end
and you could have it all
my empire of dirt
I will let you down
I will make you hurt
I wear this crown of thorns
upon my liar's chair
full of broken thoughts
I cannot repair
beneath the stains of time
the feelings disappear
you are someone else
I am still right here
what have I become?
my sweetest friend
everyone I know
goes away in the end
and you could have it all
my empire of dirt
I will let you down
I will make you hurt
if I could start again
a million miles away
I would keep myself
I would find a way
It was written by Trent Reznor in the early 1990s. The lyrics are powerful and emotive.

Uhh I like almost every country song, I don't really have a favorite.
I almost HAVE to like country, because my mom listens to it all the time and I live in Tennessee.
