I'm no where related to a celebrity but here in New Mexico we have Val Kilmer, Gene Hackman, Julia Roberts, Notah Begay, the Unser Family all in our backyard.
Are you related in some way to a celebrity and how does this effect you and those around you? Of course you do not announce your relation to him or her to the public but maybe there are some interesting stories of colleges they went to, etc, etc.

I'm not related to any but my mum, dad and grandad know keith richards and mick jagger and my mum used to be good friends with princess diana when they were kids. I went to the same school and college as liz hurley but about 20years after she left, my cousin went to college with orlando bloom tho.

Nope....but my grandfather earned a purple heart in WWII, and was supposed to meet the Queen of England. He never actually went because he felt that he had done his job - the two other men that earned it with him went.

Sort of... on my mom's side is a cousin that's been in movies, the rose bowl parade, won on the 1.98 beauty pageant, playboy and has had music and books out -- never met her though.
