I really don't think this has anything to with population, the fact that there are more white males in the U.S. doesn't mean anything. The reason I say that is because even though there are more white males in the U.S. there are black males jail, population has nothing to do with this.

Well if you've noticed that statistic you might have also noticed that 98% of serial killers in america are white males. We are just the ones to go out there and get it done. If someone has to drive drunk it's a white male you might want to notice when we go out on dates we are usually the one driving irregardless of sobriety.
If someones to go on a killing rampage across 3 states well I might as well get started. Hopefully I can be done and back home in time to catch the football game sunday.
OK I'm kidding in this answer a little.
Almost 98% of serial killers are white males between 18 and 35.

Stereotypical, yes. However, is it possible that white males are raised in an environment that makes it more socially acceptable? Their fathers/uncles/brothers/friends, etc. do it more often, so they don't see it as big of a problem.
This may account for a portion of it.

Actually yes it does have have everything to do with population. It's like asking why there are more black people who spear people to death in Africa. Because there are more black people there!

drunk drivers kill people no matter what race or gender.
in japan, it's mostly young japanese males,
in mexico, it's mostly young mexican males,
young men have too much testosterone and are too risky and inconsiderate of others and don't think of the consequences of their actions

Because they are the ones that can afford a car to get caught drunk driving in. Other races probably get caught for public intoxication from standing on a street corner drunk.
