I dont fully understand your question but here we go

"The cut" - hidden place, home, a place to chill
ex. Lets go to the cut

Floss - To fake on someone, fall thru on a promise.
ex. Mike flossed me, he was supposed to bring me 20 dollars

Floss - to show off
ex. look at tim flossing his new chain

Bum rush - to have alot of people rush something or someone. Usually a fight. To encounter unsupectingly.
ex. I was in an argument with Johnny and 3 of his friend bum rushed me!

and were not ignorant.

Its something isn't it! In Australia if someone was heard speaking a foreign language on a bus about 40 people would abuse the c**p out of them. The shame of it some whorish little 8 year olds adopt the phrases from tv and start moving their arms like they have rusty joints. God bless america - can no one else would.

To rebut Sean's answer, I am black and do not talk like that, nor do I understand it. Nor do I know any blacks who speak like that. It is slang and the media has made it seem as if all blacks speak like that.

It is slang like in the sixties people said groovy or cool for something they liked. Every generation creates new words to distinguish themselves from their parents generation.

That answer is close to correct. Look up any definition to a word you don't understand in the urban dictionary (www.urbandictionary.com) and here are the urban dictionary's definitions for ebonics:
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=ebonics

Here's Floss

and Cut: (last definition is "your house")

and Bum Rush:

People think they are cool if they make up words that other people can't understand and make all the people they know talk like that... If you can understanf them you're doing better than me, because I don't get it either!
