As I do not advocate violence as a tool for political change I could not condone an uprising.
I might join in though...................

Our time would be better spent in electing a government less supportive to immigrants and Muslims.
If we had a revolution now the Islamic element of the country would attempt to seize power.
I fear that the Islamic Britons will become even more powerfull over the coming years if the law is not changed to prevent them entering into government bodies, such as councils and political parties.
All Muslims stick together. And they want to rule the world.
At the moment. Only our Governmental Democratic Policies are the only thing stopping a hostile take over. This is not the time to over throw the government.

I always find this tricky terratory because it can't be denied that Labour have made a hash of a lot of things (don't get me started on the state of the NHS for example) but I'm of an age where I remember the last Tory government and I really don't think I could stomach them getting back into power even over the Labour party. If you lived through the miners strikes, the Falklands war, poll tax etc. etc. then those memories will take a very long time to be laid to rest.

Revolution ? the only way is via the Ballot Box , surely this is the responsibility of every Citizen who has the "Vote" to consider very very carefully the implications of where you put your X on your voting paper . Particularly in view of what has been done to Great Britain by the present Government , Nationally and through Local Government . Revolution might be appealing , but it will only cause great Damage to our country , allowing "Emergency" measures to be taken and creating opportunities for the Insidious and Evil enemies of our country to take advantage of a Divided Nation , a Practise which a long been used to date , promising various sections "Advantages" by the "Vote For Us" Trickery == leading us to the disasterous situation which is with us at Present , Ballot Box ? surely the choice is ours

The only acceptable revolution in Britain is through the ballot box. More of us should turn out and vote, because by so doing we might get the government we actually want. Not only do the people get they government they deserve, they also get the government they choose. So at the next election, let's all turn out in force.

I have had as many Tory Governments as I wish to have in my life time.Sixty years if you may be interested. The Lib Dems in my view are not up to the job.Get involved in the the parties that suit your conscience and try and changes policies that don't suit you from within.Help with the next election in getting people out to vote. The country is not ruined, but we require our young people to get involved,or minorities will take over by default. If the army then support that minority and the changes they may bring in it will be very hard to get back the freedom to vote. The British Armed forces may be small in number, but they must be valued by the Americans as the they cannot seem to come out of conflicts without our assistance/nor our conflicts without them. They are a force to be reckoned with.Rumours were around in the miners strike of soldiers dressed as police.

I'm with Misty, if we have to have one of the big three, I'd like the Lib Dems to come into power. I suspect I dislike the Labour government for different reasons to you though, Anglian, I'd vote Green or SDP if they ever stood a candidate in my constituency.

Why would a revolution be required? It is the good people of Britain who voted Labour in what seems a lifetime ago. Next year they will have their chance at a general election - one of the bonuses of living in a democracy is that we don't need to rebel, we can alter who governs us in a collective way.

How have they run this country into the ground? Its in much better shape than what they started with. The Tories did a hell of a lot of damage when they were in. God forbid they ever get back in.

Absolutely, if it means the Lib dems gain power. I would be proud to have Sir Menzies Campbell as the prime minister of this country.
