NUMB3RS Question: In which episode does Charlie do a card trick for his class? 3 cards, showing probabilities?

I'm looking for the episode title so I can get that disc on DVD to show to my class. I can't find which one it was in, but here are the details: Charlie shows three cards to his students and asks them to pick one. It's a version of let's make a deal. Thanks for your help!
