i am not asking this from the side of mental confidence as I realize that it may occur as a result for the woman - I mean does it really matter to you in regard to looks? It does not for me. This is not a question that is meant to offend anyone who has had it done or who prefers it. It is more to find out if it really matter looks wise to someone on the outside.

Take it from a girl. Some women have low self esteem and things like getting lypo to have big breasts or a big booty make some women feel well. But I notice alot of men hold it against women who do that. Men should let it go bc just bc her breast or butt or nose is fake doesn't mean her personality is. And if it makes a women feel well about herself sometimes doing things like that makes her feel good about themselves. So like I said men should just say " Whatever males you happy is fine with me".
So it pretty much depends on what type of women its is like if she has a full figure big breats would probably make her look better. But bc everybody is different there is no telling.
And sometimes it depends on the doctor who does it and how well he or she is good at things like that.

Nothing that looks fake looks good. On top of that, breast implants feel like cantaloupes and getting an implant for a woman reduces breast sensitivity by as much as 75%. What fun is that?

I think it is extremely silly to have foreign objects medically inserted into your body.
I understand that breast implants make some women feel better about their appearance, but we should all be able to agree that physical appearance and breast size really is not all that important. Are children no longer taught it's what's on the inside that counts??

from a women- i think fake are great because they are like perfectly round and big well some are like a b-cup and still look great,
i dont like natural because no matter what you do they still sag and look droopy, even if your only 16 they still hang there

well honestly i think that people need to be natural with that, i think a lot of implants look horrible, some really dont but really most of them do, i think that if any thing maybe just a lift, but if you think they are just to small i really wouldnt worry about it.
