how can be it possible sulfonation of phenolic resin? we will get 110%yield in lab but it is not possible in commercial plant, is their are other tecnic to get more yield in phenolic resin

It sounds like you are making ion exchange resin such as Amberlite resin. What is the counter ion? Could it be Na rather than H? What about retained moisture? It is hard to dry.
