I haven't taken a Princeton Review TOEFL class, but I was trained to teach it, although I never did teach it for them. I did teach the GMAT for them for 2 years, and have taught several TOEFL-prep courses elsewhere (as well as other ESL classes), sometimes using the Princeton Review's published materials (I'm almost positive I didn't breach my contract).
I think the Princeton Review is a great company, but I think test-prep is too small a part of what you need to succeed on the TOEFL to say that that's your best bet. One problem with TOEFL-prep classes (including the ones I have taught) is that they are quite often geared to ANYONE who wants to take the TOEFL, regardless of what score they're aiming for.
I would recommend taking a general ESL class, if possible with a teacher who's familiar with the TOEFL, at a language school. Very likely you will get more classroom hours for the same amount of money, which I think is the key to success at a second language. I can also recommend that you check out the Princeton Review's book (Cracking the TOEFL) for practice. Good luck!

If I may, let me add that you are "AN international student"--you need "an" when the next word (even if it's not the noun) starts with a vowel sound. You must have "A" high TOEFL score "TO" apply "TO" school. And you can say either "thank you for your help" or "thank you for helping" but not "for your helping".
