Well I wear a size 6 in American clothing and I wore a size 12 in England (that was just sweaters though)... don't know if that helps at all but here's something else you should know... not all us clothing is proportionately the same
ie: a size 6 in one brand might be a 4 or and 8 in another brand... typically lower brand clothing, like outlet or department store clothing is typically sized smaller than it actually is. And higher end clothing is usually sized more accurately. So if you wear a size 4 in a regular pair of jeans from a department store, a higher end designer pair of jeans size 4 would be quite a bit smaller. This is done because designer cloths are sold more world wide than regular cloths so the sizes need to be more accurate. So bottom line, your bottom might not fit! lol, be prepared to possibly have to return something... most online clothing places do have some kind of sizing chart with measurements, you might check to see if they have on or send them an email before purchasing something.

I don't know about the shoes, but a UK size 8-10, will be a US size 4-6, but different retailers will vary, so make sure they have a returns policy. Good luck : )

I dont know. Why don't you try some clothes on and see what size fits you. Unless you live in the UK. Then, that would be a problem.
What section are you talking about kids? Juniors? Petites women? Womens?
What kind of clothe s are you talking about? Pants? Shirts? Skirts ? Sweaters?
Give me some details.
