Today, I've counted several questions about Bill Clinton. NEWSFLASH for you Republicans....it is 2006!!!
Clinton questions would be ok......it if this was 1996!
Shouldn't Republicans be dealing in the present, or the future...and quit worrying about the past?

Conservatives dislike change. They want certainty their views are right so they find scapegoats in people who actually want to improve the world.

They do not see any need for change to adopt to the future, calling people commies is good example this was their favorite topic in the 1950's. Guess they want to go back good days of the 1920's all that prosperity gave us the Great Depression who am sure they blame on Clinton.

Clinton was the last democrat who threatened them with his views and popularity so they want to have another crack at him to make sure his wife does not emerge as a new president and do what he did to them. the ideas and success of Clinton are still a danger to the republican party. They fear him

I'm sorry, but both parties are living in the past. That's why big business is now running the government, because the Democrats & Rebublicans have been to busy fighting each other when they should have been putting controls on big business. It's only going to get worse......

Many people prefer to live in the past. They just don't want changes.
I read once fiction story about a man in the 70s who was upset because his country should stay in the 16-18th century.

Us liberals don't have to look very far into the past to find something famous about the republicans that we don't like.

Republicans live in the past because for them there is no future. After November, its all over...they're done, washed up, finished. Thanks to their fearless leader, Dubya, most of them couldn't get elected dogcatcher so they have to keep dredging up what was for them, the glory days. Let's let them enjoy it while they can!

If someone (the American people) holds a gun to your head and blaims you for their problems (9/11 and Iraq) you're bound to point fingers.
Have you seen the political cartoon by Thomas Nast, "Twas him"?

Conservatives like to believe it's still 1950. Back in the good old days you could openly hate gay people and black people and hey pretty much anybody not exactly like you...

Because you shouldn't forget the past, so they remind you. Don't let history repeat itself
