I want to forward emails I have recieved to other people but I do not want the email name and email address of the person who sent to me to be available for others to see. I know that people today don't want their names and email address visible if I forward it to someone else.

Why don't you just copy the email and paste it to the new message? That way, no other addresses are shown.

Don't forward it as is.

Instead, select and copy the text you wish to send.

Open a new e-mail message, and paste it in the message box.

Send that to whoever.
