country? i think they showed what a word is and they never gave up and the lebanon people were always there they had lost so much but they also never gave up they showed the hole world what freedom is i think the hole arabic world should learn from them so i have to say congratulation to hesb allah well done so what is your opinion

I don't see Hezbollah as a terrorist group...At their creation their goal was to draw Israel out of Southern Lebanon and they did it..
At the last conflict Hezbollah did what no Arab army ever did...they defeated Israel('cos even if Israel doesn't want to admit it ,that's what happened)...I think that they are defending their country from another Israeli occupation...and I think that if Hezbollah wouldn't have existed Southern Lebanon would have been part of Israel right now....

There are two wings of hezbollah, the political and the guerrilla. There is a lot of secrecy surrounding Hezbollah fighters. Necessary during the occupation and perhaps even now. In USA secret membership into an organization is suspect, and with good reason, so that Americans will oppose Hezbollah because of secretcy. The Political wing has been active in social programs including education and affordable medical care. So can't fault the Lebanese for supporting Hezbollah.

Although it did not warrant Israel's reaction, crossing into Israel to kidnap Israelis was dumb.
