Since practically all the best family restaurants and coffee shops in major cities of the United States (as well as a few minor ones) are owned by Greeks, yes! I meet them ALL the time!
By the way, when a produce market has a Greek owner here, they always have the best and freshest fruit and vegetables.
And when the local Greek Orthodox church here has its annual festival, people from all nationalties are encouraged to come and savor Greek music, food and hospitality. And the spontaneous dancing is addictive, too! Greeks really know how to throw a party and enjoy life! Yassou!
(P.S. I am writing this as a non-Greek person.)
