i know eloy is not very popular,the band s from germany..60s,70s,80s and 90s...theyr songs r english and they r 1 ov the best prog rock bands ever,and influenced many rock bands in 60s...and pink floyd,well u all know thm..

Obviously between those two Pink Floyd is the best, but IMO Pink Floyd is the best psychedelic band ever, but I'm not sure they are the best Prog Rock band ever as a matter of fact they are progressive but they had an extra element to them all that psychedelia..
IMO best prog rock band is King Crimson, Pink Floyd have albums that arent that progressive if you think about it.. but Floyd is one of the best things that ever happened to me anyway : )

PINK FLOYD IS THE BEST BAND IN THE WORLD EVER!!
They're not a prog rock band, man, they made most beautiful,
and most magical melodies EVER!!!
And their topics... I don't have any words to describe that...
Artwork and everything...

"Live in Pompeii" (like, 30 years ago) or
"Pulse" concert!!! (1994)
My greatest wish is to see them live!
Living in Serbia (Balkan state-south east Europe),
