Ever had that feeling that you stressed your legs too much? Well usually when I do (eg. when I walk a lot) they hurt and no matter how i put them they always hurt....know what I mean?

They don't hurt for like EVER.....they hurt just like for a few hours and it happens ONLY after a VEEEEEERY long walk or run plus I'm young and in very good shape....

Lie on your back and elevate your legs higher than your heart. It will make the blood circulate better for you. You'll be feeling better in no time. Also make sure you wear proper shoes for your walking. If all else fails...check with an orthopaedic surgeon or an orthotist. Pain in the legs can sometimes be serious. There could be more than just stress there.

You must have weak leg veins ....see the doctor for this problem. Maybe he can prescribe you special stockings...very tight ones..that enables you to walk a lot without pain afterwards, because the right amount of tightness of the stockings will make your blood circulate better.

Go to the doctor. Your legs should not hurt unless you have just worked out alot or something. Even then you they should recover fairly quickly. You could try soaking in a hot bath to relax the muscles.

you should lay down on your bed with your legs feet up on the wall, so that blood circulates better;
drink a lot of water and take some massage session such as linfatic massages

yes have you ever herd of restless leg syndrme they advertise meds for it on t.v all the time
