I think this only confirms what anyone of sound mind has known all along. Perhaps his decisions, and sometimes lack of decisiveness has led to him being perceived as unsound, however the truth of it is probably that he is just plain dumb, nothing more.

Put aside person opinions of Bush and look at this logically. If he was NOT of sound mind would he still be in office? Answer no there are means to remove a President from Office if this was the actual case. The Author is clearly an Anti Bush advocate and has no real fact or evidence to support his ideas

Aothor of Bush on Couch will always say that Bush isn't of sound mind. Because he doesnt have the same silly liberal beliefs as that author!
