no because he is a juvenile....but if he gets into any more trouble then it will go bad on him...i think when he turns 18 they can not open the juvenile records... i really do hope he turns his life around though and does not get into any more trouble...i have had a son in prison since he was 18 years old...first time he ever got in trouble but he was with the wrong friends and something really terrible happened...and he will soon be 32...and it hurts a mother so much you would not believe....it destroys families, destroyed young boys lives...try to really keep a eye on your son and get him all the help you can...

No. When he becomes an adult at 18, his juvenile record will be sealed by the court.
However, if he shows a pattern of criminal behavior, an adult court can look at his juvenile record if it's deemed relevant to whatever he's being charged with at that time.

at 18 he needs to go to the courts and have his juvenile records sealed,, if he doesnt then it is public information,,

Ask about pre trial intervention. He can do community service on weekends and the records are sealed afterwards.
