i work in the bathroom industry and I dont think I have ever seen a tray at 600mm in any format.
you could use a wetroom tray called WEDI which you can cut to size. you then lay mosaic or floor tiles ontop of the tray and then fit screen as normal

I've never seen one that size. It would probably have to be specially made! Expensive!!!
Why not consider making the area into a 'Wet Room'. Seal and tile the whole floor area with a flush drain. you could fit a single screen panel to enclose the shower area.

builders merchants but its an odd size but they might be able to get one made for you >but not cheap
