There was a show on at least 5 or 6 years ago, probably longer than that. It was about a man and a woman who had remarried and both had children from previous marriages. I think they lived in and apartment in New York. A big city at least. The man had dirty blond hair and a beard. He had a teenage daughter with really long blond hair. The woman had dark hair, I think. And she had a teenage son and a younger teenage daughter, both had dark hair. The husband's ex-wife was on a TV show that was sort of like Xena the Warrior Princess and she was super vain and self obsessed. This is driving me crazy because I can even remember certain episodes of this show but I can't remember what it was called. Does anyone know?

I had to look it up on imdb because I couldn't think of it either. I knew the girl who played Christie on Charmed was on it so I went from there. It was called "Something So Right."
I remember it mainly because I remember one of the daughters didn't want to play the trombone or some instrument and kept hiding the ones she was given all over the house. I used to watch it religiously.

Yeah. I loved that show. It was opposite the one with the dog and the guy with the dark hair who lived in the mountains. There was this doctor who visited about every day, although I guess he couldn't have had too much else to do. And there was this girl with super short hair who always wore pink, except for the episode when it snowed so deep they had to send the dog out to save everyone, but the doctor found the dog and the guy and the girl ended up in bed.
That was a great show.

Also sounds like Step By Step with Suzanne Sommers and Patrick Duffy except for the apartment in New York City. I have no idea.
