I had sounds of waves and nature when my baby was born. It was a peaceful sound which is exactly what I needed. I love that Sade song "By your side" I think it's perfect. I play it all the time and dance with my kids. It makes me teary eyed just thinking about it. I played it for him from when he was born. Not during. I didn't know how I was going to feel until after. That song is perfect. I said perfect twice so I must really mean it. ha ha!

They used to declare that listening to classical music become extra suggestions springing up and that they used to grant a unfastened classical cd out with at start the place I had my oldest 2. With my oldest son who's now just about 5, considering that he become my first toddler..I performed classical music each and all of the time, listening to each and all of the myths of Mozart and Bach. he's now just about waiting to bypass to college yet has a speech impediment and you will infrequently understand what he says. i don't be attentive to if this become with the aid of fact the trauma from the divorce or if that is purely known...yet one element for effective is, Mozart did no longer help him in any respect.

Groove is in the heart by Delight... It's abit dancey for having a baby but it'll be memorable.
Buy a euphoric chill out album and pick your favourite song of it...
And i hope everything goes well and you and your baby are ok :)

Inagaddadavida by Iron Butterfly.

When it is time for you to deliver your baby, whatever music is playing is the song you will NEVER WANT TO HEAR AGAIN.

I was not interested in hearing music while in labor, especially during the moments during the actual delivery, too much going on , too much attention to: Push, ok, stop pushing, don't push, pant...............ok push again, harder this time, OK STOP! NOW push, harder, harder, don't stop!!!!!! Ok relax and on and on........Your husband is holding you up from behind by the shoulders to give you more leverage, your husband and doctor are yelling instructions, you are grunting, straining, screaming and cursing..................would not have heard the music above the din. At least that was my experience during a drug free Lamaze delivery.
