Nope, just leave them alone. Don't pop them, scrub them, or goop up her face with any creams or ointments.
Infant acne is very common with newborns. All it is is extra hormones the baby received from the mom during gestation that are coming out via acne. Unlike adult acne, it's not painful, itchy, or otherwise uncomfortable, and it won't scar (as long as you leave it be!).

Baby acne are quite common which could appear after birth or after a couple of weeks. The definite cause for this is unknown yet there is nothing to worry.
Simply wash your baby with water and a very mild soap once daily. Baby acne is not caused by dirt so do not overdo the washing, too much washing may cause more irritation. Be very gentle in washing and never scrub it.Do not put creams or oils as this will make the acne worse.
Another point is to always keep your baby in a cool environment as haet may increase the acne. Be careful also not to allow spit-up milk to get in contact as this will irritate the acne. See to it that you are using mild detergent in all the baby's clothes and garments, it is anothe source of irritation.
Just have patience and it will just go in few weeks. As long as it is not bothering your baby, then do not be too bothered as well. However if it gets severe I am sure it will really make you highly worried, then you have to see a doctor who will suggest some medication

My daughter had a few. The pediatrician told me that it takes a couple of months after birth for the mom's hormones to decrease in the baby and that the pimples would go away naturally. And they did! Just to be safe, use baby wash but no lotion or powder, and use the special baby detergent for the clothes and sheets.

Don't touch them... you can actually leave scars if you pop them, and the scars will get bigger as she grows. My son had them (a lot of them) and he scratched one open and it's still a scar to this day (he's 6)
It's normal, doesn't hurt them and her body will take care of it on it's own.
You are doing exactly as you should, just be careful not to break them open.

Just leave it alone, it will soon go away. Just about every baby gets these pimples at the same exact age as yours.

no, pretty much all babies get infant acne in the first couple of weeks. It will go away in a week or two. Put lotion on it, other than that, don't worry about it!

It is call baby acne... It is normal. You should do as your doctor said and you should not pick at them. If you do it could scar your babys face. I would make sure your using the most gentle baby soap. It should dissapear withing the first 1 to 3 months.
Good Luck
