they sell those plastic ball cap molds that go in the dishwasher at different stores like walmart or sometimes drug chains and the hats hold their shape very well....i've used my 'cap washer' for years and has kept the boys hats clean.

Spray it with Shout and then put it in the dishwasher. Youll be amazed with the results.

You can also buy those hat guards to put in the hat, then put in the dishwasher.
