The best way to memorize anything is to make it important. So when learning these formulas, keep telling yourself that they are important. You may cue yourself by underlining them with an eye catching color (red/yellow). What works wonders with scientific formulas is finding relations between them and how they can be converted from one way of putting them to another.

For instance the famous E=MC^2 can also be put as E=F/A*C^2 for the simple fact that F=MA.

The other thing of making these relations is that you will approach these dry formulas with your own thinking. You sort of make them your own. And at the end of the line you can't forget about your own.

I was terrible with Math and Physics, now almost 30 years out of school I understand most of it. Don't take the long way though.

Hope this helps.

I always make flash cards and go over them frontwards and backwards until I have them memorized. If that would require you making a lot of flashcards, separate them into smaller piles, and tackle one small pile of fewer than 5 cards at once until you have them mastered, then do the next pile, and after you have that one mastered review the previous pile again. The secret to memorizing is having a method of repitition that works for you.

Try to associate it with something that you already know. If there are letters in the formula see if you can make a sentence or use words that will help you recall it.
If it is similar to the previous formula see how it is similar and use that to help you remember the new one.
