U can make a website for free, many of my frends already have nd i m also thinking of having one soon :)
Microsoft (free domain and hosting for life) ,
Google (Googlepages, Blogger) ,
Yahoo (Geocities),
Freewebs are some of the companies offering free websites with design tools .
