My scanner is not big enough to scan my drawings! Would the picture quality be good enough if i took photographs with my digital camera it's 3.2 mega pixels???

So long as the lighting is good and you shoot straight, the quality should be good enough for people to get a general impression. If your art is quite textured take a couple of macro shots aswell. If you get requests for more details it may be possible to have it scanned at a professional printers.

I would say most art sites would use the same method you already have in mind.

I would go to a professional photographer and ask them kindly,
what is the best way ,in order to display your art on the web,
to use a digital camera.
You might get lucky and get some useful information!

You should be ok with taking a photo of it, make sure there is no glare of lights and that the photo is taking from straight above,

you can always alter and enchant the photo in photoshop or similar program...

you can just take photos. i'm sure it will be ok. people do it all the time, just use a good camera
