Sometimses there are promotions or something - I mean situations when cosmetics are advertised in shops and they invite women for a trial make-up. You go there, and a professional designer or someone advises you on the best cosmetics and colours you shouls use , and also does your make-up. Try sth like that! Or - ask a friend who does it by herself. In my case that helped.

Use foundation, powder & concealer IF you need it to cover blemishes, dark circles, or redness. If you don't need the coverage of foundation, use a tinted moisturizer like Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer, it has sunscreen and a lot of ingredients that are great for your skin, and it is very sheer. If you need coverage, try L'Oreal True Match foundation. I like Neutrogena loose powder (dusted with a brush over foundation) & L'Oreal True Match concealer. (I would stick with drugstore products until you know what works for you...there ARE some excellent products there!)
If you want a natural look, I'd use a neutral shadow. Revlon Illuminance Cream Shadows in Not Just Nudes are some of my favorites. You can just put them on with your fingers...I use the lightest shade under my browbone and the shimmery lighter color (second from left) on my lids. Then you can use the darkest shadow in the crease of your lids, or you can get a liner brush and use it as a liner. It blends really well so it's hard to make a mistake with this stuff! If you want, you can use a black or brown pencil liner. If you're a natural blonde I would use either brown or brown/black mascara. Max Factor Lash Perfection or Cover Girl Lash Exact are very easy to use and give you a more natural look. Brown eye makeup will also make your green eyes pop!
If you want to use blush, L'Oreal's True Match is pretty good and it's easy to pick the correct color.
As far as lips go, I would use a light clear or pink gloss, or a nice neutral lipstick. Try Clinique Tenderheart lipstick, Clinique Butter Shine lipstick in DeLovely, or MAC Viva Glam V Lipglass, these work on most everyone and aren't too bright or shocking.

Ok well we don't want to have ur makeup scream for attetion. Try a light pink or gold u can buy those colors any where. If ur mom doesn't approve of eyeliner then don't wear it....and if ur worried about mascara smearing then u can buy some clear stuff that still looks cute. also buy some blush and apply it to ur 2 cheek bones. Good-Luck! p.s. remember to put it on very lightly in the beggining b4 u get the hang of it.

i'm taking it you're young since you're new to makeup. i would like to suggest the brand NYC to you for your makeup. NYC makeup is all natural, and isn't tested on animals. Ontop of all that, it's quite a bargain at only $1.99 for pressed powder. Since it's all natural, it reduces the number of blemishes and breakouts on your face. With pressed powder, you want to apply it from your forehead all the way down. Don't apply it going up, or it will clog your pores. With mascara, you want to apply it lightly or just enough to make your lashes stand out. Do your bottom lashes also. I would go with a dark brown mascara for you, since you have blonde hair. For your age, that's normally all you need to look stunning and fresh. But just for future reference, you apply blush from your cheek going up to your ear. Don't put too much or you'll look like a clown, and use a makeup brush. Go with a light pink blush. For eyeliner, it depends. Some people apply it under their lashline, and others ontop. I apply it under, but that's just me. Make sure to apply it in a thin line ontop of your eyelid close to you lashes also. Swipe on some chapstick and your beautiful! I hope I could help. cool no problem, i can answer that easily..
use a good mascara ( i use the maxfactor one, the "more lashes"), put some at the bottom lashes too, but really light, just apply it one time. buy a pinkie kind of blush for your cheeks, and applying it lightly, to give you a healthy look.
Don t use any foundation, it often gives a "mask" effect on a girl..brrkkk don t like it. buy a lipgloss, it looks really naturel and cute.
You could buy a eye powder, maybe a brownish one..same. apply it lightly on the top of your eye lid and a bit underneath your eyes , along them..sublim!

since u r new to make-up start off with a mascara, eyeliner and lipgloss. then u can increase ur make-up collection by adding eyeshadows, blush or bronzer. if u have good skin then u don't need a foundation. if u have dark circles then u would need a concealer that matches ur skin tone to cover them. for eyeshadow colors u can get light pink, purple, sky blue, light green(which will bring out the color of ur eye) or brown. make sure they have shimmer in them. and for lip gloss u can get clear, pink or light brown.

if youre going for the natural look:
- dark brown eyeliner, pull eyelids taut then draw a thin line right above your lashes, leave no space in between your lashes and line, smudge upwards with q-tip
- neutral eyeshadow, make it sparkly for subtle glamour, apply from eyeliner to the crease
- curl lashes, one coat of dark brown mascara, let it dry, curl again, comb lashes with lash comb to get natural looking lashes
- rosy pink blush right under cheekbones (not too much)
- clear or orange tinted lipgloss
Good luck with your makeup!
