I don't understand why you'd have a hard time peeing afterward. That's probably something you should ask a doctor about.

Some women believe you should douche, and some women believe the body does it naturally. I say do whatever is comfortable for you. If it makes you nervous, then don't. I mean, if your stuff ain't right, then you'll KNOW, but even then it's probably something you should see a doctor about, you know what I mean?

Hmmm thinking about that peeing thing...take a trip down the feminine care aisle & read all the boxes. I'm pretty sure there are extra-gentle formulas that might be a little easier on you. If you wanna give it a go, I think you'd probably wanna try that. Then you can decide whether or not it's something you'd continue doing.

Douching should only be done on advice of a doctor. You are stripping the natural flora (good bacteria) from this area and damaging the PH balance. You could be setting yourself up for infections due to a lack of this flora. Reducing sexual partners (preferably sticking to just one), taking showers instead of baths, proper nutrition and exercise should be a lifestyle more conducise to ensuring a healthy "area". LOL... just leave it alone and you'll have nothing to worry about.

Although occasional douching will not hurt you, it is completely unnecessary. I don't know why you would have had a hard time using the bathroom after using a Summer's Eve, I'd bring that up with my doctor the next time you see him/her.

Douching is not a good idea. We women have natural bacteria there that help keep us clean and healthy. Once we introduce a douche we leave ourselves susceptible to infection because we change our ph level, clean out all the good bacteria and possibly introduce bad bacteria that will make us sick.

Just stick to a daily shower or bath and clean yourself with warm, soapy water. That works well.

Douching can kill the helpful bacteria and can be over done.
An occasional douche is fine.
Better off with a natural douche product. Ask you doctor also about this.

No, doctors say its bad to do. I wouldn't anyway if I experienced having a hard time peeing.

Your choice. It does make you able to get bacteria in there easier but still.
