In the Italian soccer team you cannot masturbate or have a sexual encounter until the playoffs are done. Reason is all the "pent-up" energy then gets released in the game. That's probably why you are thinking masturbation could lead to weakness because "apparently" men gets less agrresive after a sexual release. So for the Italian Soccer to perform well this year at the FIFA Cup, they were restricted from any form of sexual encounter.
But if you are just a teenager and they are not paying for sports yet...go nutz! Masturbate your "hands" delight.

It could be not advisable when you have to practise agonistic sport activity and before any challange. Masturbation takes to a lack of concentration and delay in the reflexes though it's not unhealthy. It's only depends from your body-build and mind.
Some guy feels good and perfectly trim masturbating more times in a day, while for others - only - one time could already be too fading!
Masturbating mustn't be an obligation or an important daily action to do necessarily. You must do it only when you feel the need (urge).

In the old days, children used to be punished for masturbating - often, "offenders" would have some kind of physical restraint placed on their genitals. Some people think of masturbation as "sex with oneself" and this can fall foul of some religous beliefs. Scaremongering used to take place, and people were often misled into thinking that masturbation would cause blindness, hairy palms, or even for the genitals to drop off!!
Nowadays, masturbation is regarded as perfectly healthy. In fact, it can reduce the chances of a certain type of cancer - as well as keeping the sex organs going.
Masturbation is only a problem if it interferes with one's life functioning e.g. if one loses their interests/relationships/job through spending too much time masturbating.

It does not lead to weakness. It just relaxes you and you feel calm. Just get up and get going. Masturbation is good for your health and there are no negative affects. Masturbation is good for the reproductive system, it is good for the prostate and will keep you from getting cancer later in life. it relaxes you, it relieves stress, it helps to control those random erections, it helps you develop sexually and mature better, It feels really good and it is not a sin. Enjoy your sexuality just keep it personal and private.

I must have been one of those people who answered this before. Daily masturbation is not healthy and it will sap your strength and energy. so it would not be a good practice to indulge in when you are active in sports.

Honestly, mastur*bation isn't bad for health but as everything has the good and the bad sides.
The bad sides: you could be got premature ejaculation, hard to maintain an erection, your semen(sperms) loses the thickness almost like water, sperms quantity will drop.
The good sides: relaxing and more often you have an erection(especially on morning) it's stimulating your penis to grow/longer and bigger(not too much).
That's all. Good luck.!!

It will prevent blue balls. Yep, check out the episode on Sienfeld where George doesn't do it for a while and can answer questions on Jeopardy real well. Chill out before sport activities.
