use neutrogena oil free acne wash i love this stuff it dries out your pimples cleans down to the pores and helps prevent pimples from coming back again it also keeps ur face fresh,clean and smooth..i love it and i suggest you try it it works alot better than proactive and its a lot cheaper too...lol i sound like an add for it

For isolated acne, try Blemish Be Gone. It's pink stuff with a clear liquid sitting on top of it. You use a Q-tip to get to the pink stuff and it dries out the pimples on your face. Its only supposed to be used at night, though, but it works really well!
I also use Aveeno products (my favorite is the foaming soothing face wash), because they are gentler than Clearasil or Oxy and they don't dry out my skin. Neutrogena is good, too. Try the foaming oil-free face wash, its nice and light.

I have never tried this but I heard that if you spread some honey on your face and leave it overnight that it either clears it up or helps a lot try it it can't hurt and it might work good luck
