I prefer separate houses, I would prefer mine to be about a mile separate but not more than about ten miles separate. At the moment I am stuck in a crappy little apartment. ( why is it called an apartment when they are all stuck together?) I am here because I need to be in the city for so that I can be treated for recovery from a serious road accident, if not for that I would be outside the city. I don't need livestock but I don't mind having some around, so long as they can be left alone now and then without feeding everyday like you can do with cattle and horses but not with pigs or chickens. Sheep are very good at keeping grass trimmed in the yard and I enjoy having a garden(most profitable at about 1/2 acre, not more than 2 acres herbs and berry fruits)

seperate house will be better because if you live in an appartment you will not have your own garden and stairs and so many other things and you dont have to make any noises because the neighbors will shout at you: ''MY SON WANTS TO SLEEP DONT MAKE A PARTY HERE!!!!!! '' and sooooooooooooooooooooooo many other problems. I've been through it

A house is definitly the best. I live in an apartment and miss being able to go outside without people staring at me. More space too!

Well I've always lived in apartments and I loved it. We recently bought our first house and you know what. I love it. We have a lot more room, we can paint rooms any color that we want, we don't have to worry about the kids upstairs being too noisy. I just love our house.

I lived in an apartment all my life. So, I guess I prefer an apartment. There's too much upkeep to worry about on a house.

Seperate house,that is what I have.I love my garden.Plus I have a pool,relax on my patio,you can't beat lazing in the sunshine.I would hate to be confined to a flat.
