Without a doubt. A national playoff system would be much better. The BCS is too subjective.

Yes! I'm in favor of a play-off system similar to the NCAA Sweet 16 and the NIT tournaments. Start the season earlier, shorten it to 10 games, the top 16 teams play a 1 game elimination bracket to decide the national champion, the bottom 16 teams ranked from 17-32 according to the BCS polls can play for a NIT championship.

Does America's most embarrassing computerized pornographic system suck? Of course, it does. It never has worked since its inception.
I mean, come on, if I wanted a computer to tell me who will play in the national championship, that's why I have video games, not some stupid poll/computer system. Fortunately, I also don't have to waste any of my time during the holiday season to watch over 30 of the most meaningless, exhibition, preseason style bowl games...including The Computer Bowl.

Of course it does. Because we sports fans need something to bi*ch about. If there were a playoff system we would bi*ch about everything we perceived wrong about it.
