It is hard to measure someones evil and it is not very good just to say stalin or hitler as we are trying to answer in all time. we must remember hitler and stalin did not act alone. to find someone of true evil you would need to find someone who loves deeply the discomfort of others and yet is still in peak mental heath. that would be a challenge. i hope this was of some help.
