The Sapphire is definitely better; it has twice the video memory, at 256 MB.
Other then that, there is no difference; they are both the same video card (based of the ATI Radeon 9250), but manufactured by different sources.
Get the Sapphire, though, because 256 MB of video memory vs. 128 MB for the Diamond is definitely worth it (even though you may have to pay 8 bucks more [I'm using the 42.99 price for the Diamond after mail-in rebate]).

avoid the diamond one like the plague. they are horrible cards. i have had to replace everyone i have seen

none ...try asus ...u will have real pb if u buy the SAPPHIRE ...they suck
