a dictionary? What an idiot, a dictionary wont tell you want initials stand for, dummie. Anyway, sorry abotu that, it stands for Freight on Board. Its a shipping term that indicates when the liability of damage for goods passes from the seller to the buyer. Generally it will be like "FOB Destination", or "FOB Carrier", something like that.
