My 7 year old son keeps telling the father that I "hurt" him. No report has been made but Dad wants spr. vis.

This is after he gave custody to my mother for the summer. He refuses to get pro. help for the oldest boy(7). The oldest boy wishes to go home with his father, but father refuses to pick him up. C.P.S. does nothing except harass me. What should I do?

If your mom has custody, why doesn't she get him professional help instead of his father?
