Men can't get PMS as it is linked to the hormones that women have that cause their menstrual cycle. Over a month one lot of hormones build up and the womb prepares for the implant of an egg. If an egg isn't implanted another hormone kicks in and the lining off the womb comes off (your period). In some women this causes mood swings etc.
Some men claim to have a monthly cycle, which is possible but to claim they have PMS is just rubbish. Let them find their own name!

O.K., first let's take care of the physiological answer to this question. PMS stands for Premenstrual Syndrome. Men do not menstruate/get periods therefore they cannot get PMS. However, this does not mean that men don't go through hormonal changes each month as well as women. They do, it's just not connected with the process of menstruation/getting a period. A man's main hormone which can give him mood swings is testosterone. For a woman it's estrogen. In my 43 years I've met my fair share of men that have been quite moody at certain times of the month and if I didn't know better I'd say they were suffering from PMS. But they are not. They are just experiencing ebbs and flows of their own hormones which makes them seem like they have PMS. I hope this answered your question well.
