That's a tough one. Signposts tell drivers what's AHEAD. They don't give information on road conditions the driver has already encountered.

I get your drift though. Mine would say, "Construction zone".

Fascinating question. Unfortunately, mine would read something like "More of the same rut ahead for the next 200 miles". Don't you hate ruts!
