Depends on which sims you have in the 1st one no they do not grow up. In Sims 2 yes they do your adults also get old old and die. The aging can be turned off in the 2nd one though.

Of course kids grow up into adults on The Sims 2 and its extension packs. (P.C., don't know about video game-wise.)
I only know a couple cheats, and haven't played in forever, but you can always google "Sims 2 cheats." Lots of people keep extensive pages on the Sims 2--some even give tutorials on how to build houses and such.

on Sims 2 they grow up, on Sims one im pretty sure they don't.
Sims 2 Cheats:
motherlode: money
maxmotives: all bars green
Sims 1 Cheats:
rosebud;: money (for this one you copy and paste until it wont anymore and then hold down enter.
move_objects on: you can grab onto anything in buy mode. you can delete Sims and then click on their picture and they'll come back with full bars.

Depends witch 1.sim1 or sim2 or sim dance off or sims 2 player.Depends.

In Sims 1 they don't but in2 they do. I think a cheat in Sims1 is rosebud.
