Although men and women have both estrogen and testosterone, a man has hight testosterone and low estrogen, and a woman has high estrogen, and low testosterone.
Taking artificial estrogen would only be appropriate for a man if he was transexual and in transition - in which case, it would be prescribed by a pyschiatrist.
These hormones are powerful and should not be self-administered except under the guidance of a doctor.

You don't say why you want more, but a doctor could help you. Also there are Health Food Store products that say that they can help increase it. Also why don't you check Google.com
