ok life sucks then its better but it never gets better than the last time it really sucked.is this a unhealthy balance or am living the "norm"?

sounds pretty normal. it seems like the times You remember, are always better than the ones You are living in. I didn't think We had it so great when I was a kid(We were very poor0 but, now I'm in My mid 40's and, those times seem like the best times of My life. it's what they call nostalgia.
