Oh my God ! You drank water of 9999 BC ! !

well, it might have come from some rain that fell after a forest fire. In that case, it might have actually been formed from the fire - when wood burns the hydrogen in the wood combines with oxygen in the air to form water. So it might have been former, lifted into the air as steam, and fallen as rain the next day into a reservoir and then been pumped over to you the next morning....

Or, if you are in the midwest USA, the water might have come from an underground aquifer - water in the rocks - that was filled up from the melting of the glaciers about 10,000 years ago. So, that water could have been in the rocks for thousands of years.

It depends!

If you just drank it. It is no longer water it is now body fluid.
How old was it before you drank it.? That is impossible to tell. It could be millions of years old. Having been recycled over and over again through evaporation and rain fall.

When the first fish crawled out of the ocean onto the land, your glass of water was part of that ocean. When the Brontosaurus walked through lakes feeding on plants, your glass of water was part of those lakes. When kings and princesses, knights and squires took a drink from their wells, your glass of water was part of those wells. Tell me, have you heard enough??? lol
That's how old your water is....
