If there is a dual core/x2 2.0 ghz processor is it virtually 4.0 ghz? If so, why is its non dual core counterpart almost the same price?

because u r getting twice the bang for ur buck...besides at running at 64 bits....difference between prop plane and a f-111...which would u rather have ...choice is urs
