I didn't change anything. I have high speed internet connection. What can I do to fix this?

also get
adaware
and
windowscare
it really works
and also download
registry mechanic
so the errors in your computer will be repaired

You may have a large amount of spyware built up on your machine. Download Ad-aware SE and Spybot search and destroy, both offer free versions. This is the most common problem my best friend finds at their computer repair shop.

Make sure you have an anti spyware software on your computer. I use Lavasoft Adaware SE personal. Download from downloads.com

Try Defragmenting it and better check the task manager too if there are a bunch of programs running during start-up which automatically activates it...
