A "square" is 10'x10' or 100 square feet. As for your question, it cannot be answered without more information.
There is a wide variety of tile shapes and sizes. It can range in the neighborhood of 100-150 tiles per square. So your 10,000 tiles could be 66-100 squares worth. Price will be based on the type of tile you select as well.
