Standard Catalog of American Cars 1805-1942 by Beverly R. Kimes (Author), Henry Austin Clark (Author), Ralph Dunwoodie (Author), Keith Marvin (Author). It is an excellent and comprehensive reference including your answers and the Durant and Dort histories and all the models they made, including current values. I don't have mine here or I'd look it up.
