I spotted with my current pregnancy and got cramps early on. I was terrified I was losing the baby but every day came and went and I had two sonograms where they said everything looked ok. Needless to say the spotting stopped, although the cramps have not and I'm 22 weeks pregnant now. I get this cramps that feel like my period all the time, which I didnt have with my son. This pregnancy has been completely different and worrysome for me because of the cramps, spotting, and other problems. It could just be your body adjusting. Stressing about it could make things worse. Take it day by day and rest lots until you can go to the doctor. I know sounds easier said then done but your babies could depend on it. It could just be nothing. Like I said I had some of these problems with my current pregnancy but Im still pregnant and the baby is doing great..despite my body aching and all of that. Try not to fret...relax..only time will tell. Best of luck!

You should take it easy and stay of your feet. Your babies is going to be fine, my girlfriend had a similair situation and her doctor told her that something might be wrong with the babies and she was also worried but she stayed on bed rest and relaxed and her babies are healthy and strong.
Doctors are not always correct, they like to scare people and it is not right. Do not worry and try not to stress about it because it affects your babies... (Good Luck)!!!!

I would find another dr and get a second opinion. Some of the problems with twins are best diagnosed in first trimester.
Spotting is very normal in first trimester though, especially after intercourse or heavy lifting or high activity. It should be a light pink or light brown spotting though, never heavy or bright red.
Seriously though, I'd get a second opinion.

Take the advice of the er and put your feet up and do absolutely nothing until you can get to the doc's. If you're that worried tho, you should go to a drop in centre and they'll advise you. Failing that go straight to hospital if it gets any worse. don't worry about looking like a neurotic woman - as long as you're safe then that's all that counts.

dear jen jen,
dont worry ! always b happy n positive
or the negativity will have a lifelong bad effect on your babies.
make sure u dont have any artificial colors like red or blue, try to use all natural / organic products in the home.
animals can pass on too many parasites, give them away or make sure u give them n urself OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT EVERYDAY.
The best things to do would be-
allergy tests
hair analysis
a herbalist or homeopathic consultation
these would clear ur concerns and give u a personalised formula to eliminate your worries
it will all b good, stay positive!

Bed rest is the best thing you can do for them. If the bleeding gets worse, call your doctors office asap. Otherwise, rest and drink extra fluids, as it never hurts to be well hydrated when you are losing fluids.
